Founder & President
Mr. AL AKARI comes with more than 25 years of experience in family business and investments, he is the founder and president of Nettr Inc., an innovation house developing advanced streaming, cyber and security, and digital content delivery technologies.
Mr. AL AKARI has advised prominent institutions on specific transactions and investments, he has advised members of Royal Families in the GCC on specific investments and partnerships. Mr. AL AKARI is a private business advisor to members of the Saudi Royal Family. He is leading partner and chief strategist of Tori Global, strategic consulting firm with major offices in London, New York, and Singapore.
With entrepreneurial achievements, Mr AL AKARI is the founder of various technology companies including MindMore Inc., Onwallet, and Vollome Inc.
Mr. AL AKARI studied his MSc in computer science and networking, London, and qualified as computer networks and security professional from Cisco, Checkpoint, and Microsoft. He has a diploma in Executive Strategic Leadership, University of Oxford and received an executive program in Strategic Thinking for CXO from Judge Business School, University of Cambridge.
Mr. AL AKARI received an executive program in Cybersecurity & Risk Management from Harvard University. Mr. AL AKARI is pursuing his doctoral studies in leadership and wealth strategies, University of London.
Paolo Cecchetti
Managing Director
Mr. Cecchetti comes with more than 30 years of experience in financing, banking, and investment. With nearly 10 years in corporate finance with KPMG, Mr. Cecchetti managed major investments and transactions in Europe and USA.
Mr. Cecchetti spent many years with EUROMOBILIARE Investment Bank as Head of Corporate Finance handling very successful investments and corporate finance transactions.
Mr. Cecchetti and before joining Kingdom Wealth Funds as the Managing Director was the ARNER Investment Bank as Managing Director and President of Arner Advisory (Management Company of the Private Equity Funds).
Mr. Cecchetti is a private investor and entrepreneur with various investments in multi-million firms and companies.
Mr. Cecchetti holds a degree from High School of Science, Milan, and BA degree in Corporate Economics, University of Commerce “Luigi Bocconi”, Milan.
Mr. Cecchetti is a certified Chartered Accountant and registered with Chartered Accountants of Milan under the No. 3144 and he holds a Post Master in Corporate Taxation from Bocconi University. He speaks fluently Italian, French and English.
H. Ishmael SAATCHI

Mr. Saatchi more than 25 years of legal practice experience in corporate law, arbitration, company formation, finance, administration, compliance, data protection, commercial disputes, regulatory compliance, data protection, and international legal strategy. The work frequently involves matters touching the laws of England and Wales, California, Texas, New York and many other states in America, German and EU law, Emirati law, especially that of the Dubai International Financial Centre he knows the practical realities faced by cross boarder traders, and internationally mobile clients, including dispute resolution, and tax optimization.
He acts as general counsel for many companies from retail firms such as Mozafarian Jewellers London and Dubai, to petrochemical companies like Bitumina of Dubai, and Thyssenkrupp Elevator of Neuss, Germany. Acting for foundations and nonprofit entities in their formation and administration such as Cat Nap of Huntington Beach, California, and the Rotary Club of North East Orange County California. Legal operations that often involve not just formation issues, but day to negotiation, contract life cycle management, intellectual property administration regarding patents, trademarks, and copyright.
Successfully finding and negotiating startup funding, revolving lines of credit, issuing bonds, as well as on and off boarding staff compliantly and efficiently requires him to make himself available to his clients around the clock. Particularly today, with the globalized nature of business and financial structuring.
Vigorously representing clients’ interests in alternative dispute resolution forums for a decade in such venues as the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the American Association of Arbitration (AAA), The Dubai International Arbitration Center (DIAC) as well as in ad hoch, and those administered by many local chambers of commerce such as Sweden and Estonia, and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
Ishmael Saatchi holds a BA in Political Science, from California State University Los Angeles, a Juris Doctor from Trinity International University California, and an LLM in International Investment and Taxation from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. He has taken the Harvard Negotiation Project at Antioch University Los Angeles, has deep mediation, and legal tech training from the Beverly Hills Bar where he has been a member for over a decade and keeps up with ongoing continuing legal education.
Sameer SAIFAN
Investment Analyst
Mr. SAIFAN is a seasoned investment executive with more than 20 years of experience in risk management, portfolio optimization, and quantitative strategy across sovereign wealth funds, hedge funds, and asset managers. Expert in building risk frameworks (UCITS/AIFMD), AI-driven automation (Python/SQL), and macro trading—notably predicting the 2025 S&P 500 bottom (+12%) and JPY structural decline. Proven track record in alpha generation (2008 crisis tail-risk hedging), ESG innovation (carbon credit monetization), and institutional fundraising ($500MM+).
Mr. SAIFAN served the Sultanate of Oman General Reserve Fund as a Senior Manager prior to that he was the Head of Risk at Gulf Investment Corporation, State of Kuwait. Mr. SAIFAN was the CRO of Stenham Asset Management, United Kingdom for more than 5 years where he was responsible to raise $500MM in institutional capital. Mr. SAIFAN was the Vice President of NFC Partners, Schroder – U.K. for few years after he served MAN group as senior analyst. Mr. SAIFAN is the managing director of one of our sister companies, Stallion Asset Management.
Mr. SAIFAN holds B. Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and MSc in Operations Research, London School of Economics, United Kingdom.
